Check-in and check-out

For your convenience, check-in time is 3pm and check-out time 12 noon.

Upon arrival, guests will need to present both a photo ID and as well the credit card which was used to book and pay for your reservation. This is done primarily for verification and security purposes. Unfortunately, guests will not be able to make changes to their original forms of payment method at Villa Lola.

Cancellation

While we do not like to see anyone having to cancel their holiday plans, please note that the following cancellation policies would apply:

For reservations cancelled two weeks or more prior to check-in date:
Full refund issued
For reservations cancelled less than two weeks prior to check in date:
Non-refundable

Payments

Full pre-payment for your stay is due at time of booking.

For your convenience, Villa Lola accepts the following credit cards: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover Card. Unfortunately, no prepaid credit cards can be accepted.

In the event payment is declined at time of booking, your reservation will be automatically cancelled and a notification sent to guests from Villa Lola management.
